Planning |
In this phase we try to understand the ,“Client Requirements”. By
“Understanding the Requirement” as per the Experience, Salary
Structure, location, past Company Working Experience etc We Do Our
Analysis for Our Client Requirement .And we try to plan out the kind
of strategy, techniques that we are going to follow in order to get
the Best candidate’s profile and will “Allocate “ them as per Our
Internal Rating as per the Client Requirement.

Implementation: |
The implementation phase is further divided into
so many other different stages: |
(A) Database Searching : At this
stage a set of Primary Search through Out “ Internal Database
“ & “ Web Portal Database , We Try to Find Out the Candidate’s
Profile as per his area of expertise for best match to the
Vacancy. |
(B) Broad Specialization Check The
capable candidates are first shortlisted and with a prior
appointment for the interview the candidates are being called
at Our Office
- Shortlist Generation: After this the candidates are
shortlisted and a confidential report is being made for our
Client to check the Specialization related to the Profile.
- Informal reference checks: The kinds of references
that are being given are further checked by us and are
verified for their achievements and experience.
All The Checks about Candidates are Made Through the
Telephonic, Face to Face Interaction & Through Mail medial
Interview Process. These Process will Tell the Functional
Probe, Personality Probe & the Customized Character Probe of
the Candidates, which is essential to fulfill the Requirement
of the Candidate within less time
(c) Client Interviews:
After this the Interested Candidates are shortlisted and is
met by our client . At this stage we look forward to the
travel, stay and expenses of the candidate. We provide him/
her with proper comfort and all the essential things are
fulfilled by us. If Direct Interview is Not Possible we try to
Conduct the Telephonic Interview also to Facilitate the Work
for Both Candidate and Our Client. THEN , The Assessment done
By the Client after Interview will Decide that , whether
Candidate are Fit For the Profile or Not Based On the Final
Negotiation between CLIENT & CANDIATES |
3) Closure
The final phase On the Assessment done By the Client Based
on the negotiation and follow up during which the salary
packages, time of joining, offer letter everything is decided.
We always try to be in touch during the follow up process.
Apart from this we keep a follow up with the client as well as
the candidate when the candidate joins the organization. |

TERMS & CONDITIONS :- |
Major PNC-clientele |
For all assignments at executive levels charges
would be at 8.33% of the annual CTC of the candidate recruited.
- For all assignments at middle management level i.e. Asst. Mgr
upwards charges would be 9 % of the annual CTC of the candidate
placed.
- For all senior assignments, charges would be at 10 % of the
annual CTC for a non-exclusive assignment.
- Incase of being appointed as an exclusive partner for all
staffing solutions for the organization for a specific period of
time, a corporate discount of 3% would be extended for all
assignments irrespective of seniority levels. The exclusive period
should not be less than 3 months in this case.
- Payment is to be made by you within 30 days of the appointment
of the candidate. Payment is to be made by an A/C Payee cheque or
by Demand draft favoring “People Naukri & Consultancy" payable at
Raipur.
- In the event of the candidate leaving the employment of the
client organization within 90 days, then PNC, which will be
referred as PNC undertake to replace the candidate free of charge
in full at client option, provided PNC is informed within 90 days
period and the candidate ceases to be on the clients' payroll/ or
associate's roll.
